General Details

Was excited to see a new service in 1000 Oaks so first emailed to set appt 3 days in advance. No response via email for a couple of days, so called and made the appt with the booker a day in advance. Booker was a little difficult to understand. Location turned out to be a very nice apt complex I've been to in 1000 Oaks with another agency. Safe, easy to find, lots of street parking, great location. I was 15 minutes early and booker sent me in 10 minutes early. It was Nena's first appt of the day. Clean apt. Set up and locations excellent.
