I called Nena on a Sunday and she texted me back asking for refs. I provided them, but didnt hear back from her that day. I shot her a text the next day and gave her my references again and setup was easy. Non-VIPs, I would Highly recommend her...seriously. She retiring soon so you need to get meet her asap. VIPs....
