I had an appointment with Lilly Bird for the morning of the 28th. The Monday before, she let me know that she would not be able to make the appointment because of certain issues. (Those who know her know what I'm talking about) I asked her if there was any provider she would recommend in her place. She e-mailed back with one word. Natasha! THANK GOD. Every second in Natasha's in-call is burned into my brain, and I will NOT forget it.
