Natalie was easy to get in touch with via e-mail. Quick to respond and able to provide general details. Very business like in the e-mails, but don't let that put you off...
Not sure why she has no reviews on TER, but she has all 9's and 10's on Redbook. Maybe her clients are greedy like me and don't want to share! That's why it took me a year to decide to review her, but I see her every time I'm in SFO.
