General Details

Initial contact was via e-mail and then Natalie follow this up with a pre-arranged phone call. Since Natalie predominantly works out of her home, she explained that she carefully screens her clients and requested identifying information from me before agreeing to schedule the appointment. On the day of the scheduled appointment, I confirmed via telephone and Natalie gave me specific instructions regarding where to park in a public lot close to her apartment.
