I had been following Nat's reviews and her postings for some time. Finally the stars aligned & I contacted her by PM & then by email. I provided references and a date was set for the next day. Location is easy: Easy to find & easy to park. I waited until she phoned with directions to her apartment. And was told the door would be open & to come on in.
