General Details

Called and made same-day appointment. When I arrived, made the call and was informed that there had been a mix-up with the times. The scheduler was very apologetic and even offered a free session if she could not get Natalia to the location quickly! Excellent dedication to customer service. Luckily, she was able to track down Natalia, and I only had to wait half an hour more, and still she insisted that she knock off some of the fee! Thankfully, the scheduler is not the only one concerned with providing excellent customer service...
