Contacted via TC's Web site, but as it was my first time using them, then had to call in to schedule the appointment. Very easy to book; standard two-call system to the room. Went in, and saw her lovely face! Communication was difficult as she speaks VERY little English. However, as others have said, she does have a translation app to help in that regard.
