this was my first time with this booker, or any booker that I know of. (who knows for sure when you're texting). I found the screening and set up to be very easy. I had a difficult time making my decision, because my preferred choice was on vacation. Directions were easy, she was ready when I arrived on time. No waiting at the gate.
