Sophia is easy to contact and is very responsive. I contacted her and once we had each other's phone numbers we were able to set up an appointment 24 hours later. She could probably do even shorter notice than that depending on her situation. She came to my apartment (she doesn't have an incall so you will need to make sure you can host).
