The photographs of her on her web site are of poor quality and weren't particularly intriguing but her reviews on TER were outstanding and I couldn't resist calling her. When we spoke on the phone there was an openness and honesty in her voice which made me think she just might be as good as her reviews. Boy, was she ever.
