General Details
Called Kyoto Spa in Bloomington Inland Empire on a Saturday for appointment on Sunday at 10:30am. I arrived and walked in the door and was greeted by Mamassan who started to take me to a room. I asked if I could use the rest room and she appeared to be pissed by my request. This was the beginning of a bad experience.
