General Details
First time with this agency. Definitely won't be the last. Had emailed a day or two ago to get screened - provided the usual background information. Got my clearance. Called in the morning to set up appointment. Very easy to deal with the phone girl. Had to show my DL to Mina on the way in but that was all. Mina is very lovely and I'm looking forward to seeing her again.
