Contact via text several days in advance, followed up with a confirmation a few hours the day my appointment. But received a response offering other ladies. WTF, apparantely she was no longer avaiilable, and was no longer taking appointment that evening. Reached out the next morning and which woked out better since I was her first appointment for the day.
