First off guys.... Have your references ready..and make sure they are quick to respond. Michelle requires references, and who can blame her. I gave her 4 and it took more than 3 weeks, and my aggravating one of them to finally to get them to respond to her (I guess the other ladies were afraid they would loose me). But it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT. This lady is FANTASTIC!!!! VIPs read on....
