Got referred to this booker from another. Once got the reference, he replied immediately. The booker was very welcoming, easy to approach. Since I was referred, passed thru' the screening with ease. Scheduled a session in a city nearby, which was very easy for me. I kinda messed up with the parking, but somehow managed to park my vehicle! Greeted with a hug by Micha, was led to the shower.
