I wanted to set something up fast and from the reviews for Room Service, I thought I would have a good chance. Easy call, cordial and businesslike phone woman. Mia was available. She's a bit older than I would like but reviews were great so thought I would try.
Called from the hotel and had to wait for 20 minutes in the lobby, calling back every 5 minutes as requested. This was annoying.
When I met Mia, I was put at ease. She looks to be in her early 30's, well built, warm, welcoming and intuitive. Easy to talk to.
