General Details

Made initial connection over online form and text. Standard verification process as I was a first-timer with this agency. Setup appointment with Mia fairly easily. Had some initial challenges with communication on the day of the appointment, but overall not difficult. Was greeted in the standard way (quick hug, hello, and a quick peck). Good visit, and probably will see again.
