Guys, let me just say this: if you are looking for someone that never once makes you feel like you are on an appointment, Brittany is the girl for you!! She is friendly, engaging, passionate.....and she looks like Sarah Vandella (Google her if you don't know who she is). Ok, moving on. I saw Brittany's ad and had to give her a call. After a few days of phone tag, I filled out an appointment request on her personal website. She responded and agreed to an appointment that same day, and she never acted like she was rushed or inconvenienced. She showed up on time (shocking, right?!), and came into the house. I poured her a glass of red wine, and we sat in the kitchen and talked like we had known each other forever. After about 10 minutes I told her that her donation was in an envelope on the table in the entry way. She went and got it, but she never opened it to count it, etc. It was a refreshing example of trust and comfort. She and I then headed upstairs to listen to music and get more comfortable.......
