Tried to make an appointment the night before. Set it up, drove out there, called, service said she's be ready in a couple minutes. No call back. Called service, said she was just about ready, waited and just decided to leave after an hour. Got home to an email saying they tried to call but I didn;t answer. OK? Made an appointment for the next day and it went off like clockwork...
