Guys, you really need to do your homework. That means do your research. That is how I came across Melinda. What a gem! I have been eyeing Melinda for a while, so a week before my quarterly visit to Denver I sent her an email with my references. Email is the only way to contact her initially as she is very discreet (due to her private jobs). She replied promptly (she is on blackberry). After my references checked out, she arranged a follow up phone call to make sure she was comfortable and that I was a good match. The whole meeting was wonderful and filled with great conversations.
