General Details

The provider I had an appointment with (Buffy Van Norton) cancelled on me, so I found myself in a bind. I looked at the reviews and ads for Melanie and found that she could be available 24/7 on short notice. I called and explained the reason for short notice. She was very friendly on the phone and said she could be there in an hour. Ironically, the ease of making the appointment made me a little uneasy as to what would be knocking at the door.
