Had been wanting to see Melanie since the summer and finally able to make it happen. Mel is very professional as well as intelligent in her correspondence and replies and the back and forth before we met made our initial meeting a breeze.
I had a personal request which she gladly fulfilled which is just one of two reasons I have no hesitation in recommending Mel and will repeat. The other reason is that she is just one of a very few who thanked me afterwards by sending me an e-mail.
