Review: Mariah

General Details

Something funny happened on my way to my scheduled session appointment on this evening in the early part of May. The provider (who will remain nameless) decided to tell the booker that she wanted to cancel my session 16 minutes before my appointment time. Keep in mind that I drove over an hour just to make sure that I arrived on time just for that to happen. The booker was accommodating and apologetic but this was frustrating nonetheless. He offered alternatives, which I know some agencies would not even think of doing, so that was appreciated. The alternative choice and who was available at the time last-minute was Mariah. I was skeptical because I had no idea who Mariah was and I should have just said no because of all of the unknown factors. But I was literally at the bank ATM across the street from the apartment complex, so I just said yes. Plus I was offered a discount as well for my troubles. It wasn't much of a discount considering I was losing some perks and options going from one provider to another. But in this industry, you never turn down a discounted price.
