Saw Margaret's reviews, checked out her web site, photos, etc. Headed down to her neck of the woods for work, called her on the way after e-mailing to check her availability. Good communication via phone. Did have some delay, but her schedule is difficult sometimes to manage down to the minute. Just plan on some delay and you'll see the wait is WELL worth it. She arrives at the hotel, appropriately dressed and carrying a doctor's bag full of goodies. She is a bit bigger than her pics would indicate but that was no problem for me.
