Emailed Mandy with the desired date and time about a week prior and got her prompt response that we were on. What a great start! All other arrangements were also handled by email at my request. She emailed me the name of the upscale mid-town NYC hotel and a phone number to call when I arrived at the lobby two days prior to our meeting. Called when I arrived and her assistant asked me to wait for a few minutes until she confirmed she was ready. Five minutes later she called me back with the room number.
