Rainy day in Manhattan. Rushed over to upscale midtown hotel and had to wait and wait and wait. I was the first appointment of the day and check in for Malissa was a nightmare. I was kept up to date on the status of the room, but it was a long wait. I would have left, but I had read so many good things about Malissa, I just had to try for myself. Glad I did, the time spent waiting was well worth it. VIP read on.
