Scheduled with Maggi via BI without a hitch. I arrived a bit early, let the agency know I was nearby, and was able to begin the session 5-10 minutes early. As others have written, she seems to flip a switch and goes from zero to 60 very quickly. It wasn't quite the experience I had hoped for, and I'm on the fence about returning.
