tough to get hold of unless you call during the periods of time she says she is available, she takes a siesta from late afternoon to early evening and does not seem to answer phone or clear voicemails so if you call from around 3 or 4 PM (something like that) until 7 or 8 or so you end up with frustration. before or after you end up with mag, at least that is the way it was for me. parking on the week end can be tough in the evening, at least it was for me.
