Madison and I exchanged several emails prior to actually meeting and I think this helped us develop a connection. Screening was easy although she was very through checking references. I had to make several changes to our schedule and she was very flexible to accommodate me. We arranged to meet at my hotel lobby and when she walked in I knew this was going to exceed my expectations. I just didn't realize by how much!
