General Details

Spoke with Maddy prior to my visit, and she was very articulate and encouraging on the phone. We set up an evening appointment,

and she kept me abreast of her arrival time, which was thoughtful. She arrived right on time (always a plus!), and I spotted her in the lobby near the elevators, so I was able to bring her past security and up to the room with no hassle.
