I had a difficult time getting my schedule to match up with Maclyn's, so I was ecstatic when I discovered she was finally going to be in town at the same time that I was. Scheduling was done via email with her assistant, and it was very straightforward. She kept in email contact, and on the day of our date she emailed me Maclyn's hotel and phone info. She was staying a very nice hotel, and I lost myself in anticipation as I drove over after work. I called from the parking lot when I arrived, and Maclyn gave me her room number.
