When I ran across Maci’s posting, I sent her a note, thinking I would arrange something for a later date. As we exchanged a number of emails, she turned out to be available, it “felt right” and screening/references worked out fortuitously, so we met later that day. What a perfect pick-me-up she turned out to be.
