As other reviewers have stated, there is a long process waiting for her. It is what she does for her comfort. Waited in the car for a while and then she came out to get me. Sher is a little quirky but is an absolute sweetheart and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and that she wants to get to know you and not just get through the visit. Because of off the quirkiness the visit was well over an hour which she advised at the begging. She said if you need to be out in an hour let her know at the beginning
