General Details

RS is always easy to do business with. Lydia was in a location that was convenient and at a time that fit my schedule. I had seen her before and was happy with her performance but was disappointed this time. Her attitude has become more blase and she not into pleasing the customer the way she used to be. She seemed more interested in her computer than in me and did not give me that warm fuzzy feeling.
