I had taken a break from the hobby for a bit, but decided to give Lydia a try. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to on the phone, so scheduling the appointment was a piece of cake. Lydia seemed intelligent and well put together on the phone so I was excited to get to my appointment later in the day.
