I called up TGND and the lady who answered was very courteous and nice in taking down the details. The formalities were completed within a few minutes and an appt. made on relatively short notice to see Veronika. The operative word throughout this process was professionalism. I was running 10 minutes late and informed the service of it. No problem was the answer. Once at the upscale DC hotel, I was given the room. Members read on.
