Review: Liz

General Details

This is the second installment of my midwest road trip. For my birthday, I decided to drive to Cleveland and see the girl at the top of my favorites list. I signed on for Liz's newsletter and I'm a fan of her website and pictures. Liz is very genuine and a real delight to meet. Some people do not like her smoking and the seedy motel, but I actually enjoyed it and I applaud her individuality and independence.

I had never been to Cleveland and as I approached the city, I called Liz. She answered right away and gave me a good idea of where to get off the interstate once in Cleveland. Once I was in the neighborhood, I called her again and she proceeded to direct me. I got lost, but it was pretty fun navigating my way to the motel. I was excited that I was actually going to meet Liz and the challenge to get there was a part of the fun for me. But that adventure is a story in itself.

I arrived at the motel and drove around to the back. The middle eastern family that runs the motel was outside the office lobby in their church clothes. This place seems to specialize in hourly meetings of this kind. I saw Liz (what a cutie!) in a doorway talking to an older lady in the doorway of the neighboring room. Liz is part Asian, I think, but I did not ask. She is all beauty! The two ladies appeared to be the only customers of the motel at that time. It seemed otherwise vacant and very quiet.

I got out of the car and Liz and I entered the room and closed the door behind us. When I turned around, Holy Toledo! Welcome to Cleveland, Fair Use!
