General Details

As I write this I can not believe that this girl received such a bad review. We had talked a couple times on the phone and she seemed very friendly as we talked. I was finally able to schedule some time off in the afternoon and called her to set it up for next day. No problem. Called next day at noon to reconfirm and all was go.
