I tried to arrange with Shana last December, but she took sick and had to cancel. It took a while but I'm glad I followed up. Most of the time I don't. Set up was easy because we had corresponded before. I met Shana at a mid-range hotel in Baltimore. She met me just outside the hotel on a rainy day. She greeted me with a hug and kiss and as if I'd known her forever; comfortable from the get-go. A great person who loves what she does and who I recommend to non-VIP.
