While taking a look at recent TER reviews, ran across a name unfamiliar, so decided to check out the review. I first read the review, and was quite impressed. After visiting Shana's website, I knew I had to take the plunge. Sent an email, and got a quick response. Exhanged a few emails, and spoke on the phone. I knew I was in for a treat. It was on from there!
