I have visited Lisa many times as she's always great in a pinch and performs what you want. So I was busy and wanted a release pretty quick and gave her a ring. She asked a time, I said it and she said, sure thing. Time arrived and I was there waiting.
For the VIP's, she works hard and I have never had any issues. And yep, I will repeat.
