had tried to set up an appointment with linda in the past but she was all booked up so this time i called in advance to set up.called the agency that morning and was told that appt had been cancelled because i didn't confirm.what was i doing now i asked.next thing i know she tells me to be there at the scheduled time.got there a few minutes early and was told she was a few minutes late and they would call back.ten minutes later i called back and was finally told to go to room.
