I emailed Libby and got a prompt response; always a good sign. Her phone number needs a 0 at the beginning if you are calling from within the UK; it is shown correctly on her website. We agreed to meet at my hotel Sunday afternoon. She arrived a few minutes early - another good sign. The afternoon passed all too quickly...
