My first time with Lexi and my first with Michelle's agency. Easy to do with RS2K. I like to set up my appointments by email and Nick was very efficient/professional and confirmed my appointment a good week in advance. The day before the appointment he sent me a follow up email and requested that I call him within one hour of the appointment.
