CAULDRON NYC, is run by a very professional lady called Brook. she exudes a high level of client service as well as high ethical standard. why do i say this? a month ago i booked one provider a day in advance. reconfirmed day of. at the appointed time Brook called to inform that the phone girl who handled the booking had done everything by the book, but the lady canceled the last minute.
