General Details

Lee is very prompt to respond to emails, and easy to communicate with. It took several tries for us to get our schedules to line up, but she was very patient and perseverant through the process. When we finally managed to meet, she was everything I had expected and hoped for - and more. She greeted me at the door with a warm hug and kiss, offered me my preferred drink, and then we settled onto the sofa to catch up on each other's day.
