Called to confirm availability. Was asked if I was a TER member, confirmed, ask if I had any review, confirmed again. Requested I text her my user name and she would verify and text me the address. Address arrived 2 minutes later and I was on my way. Text on arrival for code and room number. Nice apartment with a very nice room set up for fun. Great listener and eager to please. I will repeat.
