Lana was booked the day I emailed her but she woke up early the next day just to accommodate me and I'll be forever grateful. What a wonderful woman. After a screen and a simple 3 call system I entered a classy hotel downtown to a smile and a warm hug - like old college friends getting back together. Great experience for a new ATF.
