I have reviewed 12 providers, and seen many more. Lacy may become my ATF. Notice the mixed reviews, some very low, some very high. If you know what to expect and how to be, she might become your ATF. If not, maybe she won't. Her screening process was normal, and her Van Nuys neighborhood is typical, parking fine. Check all her websites – the rates on this TER page aren’t accurate – she has deservedly raised them a bit. Don't believe any review that says she is out of it. She speaks quietly, but was sharp as a tack - missed nothing I said! And, yes, she was late. At first I was annoyed, but then OMG!!!
